You can really feel the professionalism at the Staro – the staff will go out of their way to help the guests out with any kind of detail from getting a driver, providing power adapters to even having a gallon of special water in the room upon arrival. I also loved the grab-n-go meals that I was given not only on the days that I booked an excursion, but they also gave provided these meals the day I left the hotel for the airport. It was really nice to have a quick meal while waiting to board the plane at 5:00am in the morning. And these are full meals that included things like fruit, sandwich, juice, bottle of still water, cookies, yogurt and even a hard boiled egg!
